Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bangladesh (Sylhet, Dhaka, Moulvibazar & Chattogram), Pakistan (Karachi & Lahore), Nigeria (Lagos & Abuja), Ghana, Nepal, India, Morocco, and Iran
Employment Type: Full-time
The Business Development Manager will expand STS Global Education’s university partnerships, corporate collaborations, and branch performance. This role focuses on driving growth, achieving targets, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase admissions and partnerships.
- Represent STS Global Education at seminars, expos, and institutional meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and university partnerships.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor performance and prepare business growth reports.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have at least two years of experience in business development or education consultancy.
- Must have a strong understanding of international education systems and student recruitment.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
