Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Bangladesh (Sylhet, Dhaka, Moulvibazar & Chattogram), Pakistan (Karachi & Lahore), Nigeria (Lagos & Abuja), Ghana, Nepal, India, Morocco, and Iran
Employment Type: Full-time
As the Compliance Officer, you will ensure that all student applications meet the university’s and embassy’s compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include verifying documents, maintaining accurate student data, preparing students for interviews, and supporting counselors by ensuring that every file meets the required eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify academic, financial, and visa documents.
- Ensure compliance with university and embassy admission guidelines.
- Liaise with international partners and institutions regarding student files.
- Maintain detailed application records in CRM systems.
- Support counselors and management in resolving compliance queries.
- Stay up to date on changes to admissions, visas, and immigration across study destinations.
- Prepare students for interviews.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, law, or a related field.
- Must have a strong understanding of student visa and admission documentation.
- Must have high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
